2003
Total Repac opened in Christchurch.
2007
Imports brings in its first containers of frozen seafood & canned tomatoes.
2011
Aspire Foods & Prepared Produce were acquired in Christchurch.
2013
Aspire Foods & Prepared Produce opened in Auckland starting with 3 staff.
2016
Aspire Foods added sous vide to their capability.
2017
150 staff employed across all business units.
2018
Aspire Foods Auckland relocates a new purpose built facility.
2019
Prepared Produce Christchurch relocated to a newly fitted out site.
2023
Simply Food Solutions Imports exceeds 2000 TEU (twenty foot equivalent containers) imported for the year.

Simply Food Solutions Ltd is created as the parent company to support the manufacturing and import businesses. 210 staff employed across all business units.
